Greg's Menu

From a young age I have been passionate about food and sharing this passion with my friends and family for whom I regularly host dinner parties and lunches. I have completed cooking courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and at
The Avenue Cookery School.

 

Last year, I lived in Lebanon and France as part of my year
abroad. This exposed me to a wide range of ingredients and flavours, which ensures that my cooking remains varied and unique. Spending my summers in Brittany, a haven for seafood,
has combined my love of cooking and fishing and this plays an important role in my menus.


I look forward to working closely with you to cater for your specific needs, and to ensure you and your guests have a memorable evening.

Price

The price of the menu includes ingredients and the chefs time. The chefs travel cost is added on as an extra on your invoice.

Dietary Requirements

Our chefs are flexible and will respond with suggested edits when you order to cater for specific requirements.

Crostini with slow roasted tomatoes and fragrant herbs

A modern take on a baba ghanoush

Fresh marinated mackerel served on a bed of leeks and chorizo (+£1)

Beef skirt served with a creamy red wine mushroom jus

Grilled aubergines topped with pomegranates, feta and a tahini sauce

Main Course

My Signature Lemon Pasta

Fatteh: A Lebanese dish with crispy pitta layered with diced beef, spiced aubergine, chickpeas, a Levantine yoghurt sauce topped with pine nuts and pomegranates, inspired by my visit to one of Beirut’s best restaurants, Al Soussi Beirut (Vegetarian options)

Grilled marinated salmon with a mango salsa and coconut rice (+£2.50)
