From a young age I have been passionate about food and sharing this passion with my friends and family for whom I regularly host dinner parties and lunches. I have completed cooking courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and at
The Avenue Cookery School.
Last year, I lived in Lebanon and France as part of my year
abroad. This exposed me to a wide range of ingredients and flavours, which ensures that my cooking remains varied and unique. Spending my summers in Brittany, a haven for seafood,
has combined my love of cooking and fishing and this plays an important role in my menus.
I look forward to working closely with you to cater for your specific needs, and to ensure you and your guests have a memorable evening.
