Bea's Menu

Hi I’m Bea. I have been a chef for four years and have worked all over the UK and abroad. I am professionally trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and started my own Catering business in 2018. My love of cooking starting with hosting dinner parties as my mother always said she was happy that I had them but I had to do all the cooking and clearing up!

 

My food breaks away from traditional catering – using lots of herbs, spices and middle eastern flavours to create vibrant dishes that are still as tasty on the final mouthful.

In the past year I have catered two weddings, salads lunches at WeWork’s over London, canape events and dinner parties. I am very flexible and good at catering to all dietary requirements. I also have a great team of waiters and waitresses who are all very capable and polite

Price

The price of the menu includes ingredients and the chefs time. The chefs travel cost is added on as an extra on your invoice.

Dietary Requirements

Our chefs are flexible and will respond with suggested edits when you order to cater for specific requirements.

Canapés

Chilli and Parmesan shortbread, truffle honey ricotta, griddled artichoke

Sesame tuna, zingy mango salsa

Dirty mac and cheese balls with a spicy tomato chutney

Starters

The ultimate 7 hour slow cooked beef tacos, chipotle aioli

Grilled asparagus, whipped hollandaise

Honey roasted butternut, toasted pumpkin seeds, goats cheese and kale crisps

Curried courgette fritters, harissa yoghurt and fennel

Price per head: £6.50

Main Course

Monkfish and Prawn curry, combination of 9 spices, tomatoes, coconut, dhal and coriander. Served with garlic ciabatta and aioli.

Butterfly lamb, served pink, orzo roasted red pepper and courgette and feta salad and chimichurri

Pan fried bream, chilli oil, spiced aubergine puree and samphire

Roasted yellow tomato, aubergine, freekeh, crispy cavolo Nero and spiced yoghurt

Pudding

Glazed Lemon tart

Sticky toffee pudding, delicious toffee sauce

Tart Tatin, crème anglaise

Caramel banoffee pie
